The problem
Telehealth penetration in the Arabic-speaking world has historically lagged English-speaking markets — partly a content problem, partly a UX problem (most existing apps weren't designed Arabic-first), and partly an integration problem with local healthcare workflows.
Tabeeb is closing that gap. A mobile-first telehealth app that lets patients get medical consultations remotely, with the experience designed in Arabic from the ground up — not retrofitted as a translation pass.
The approach
We designed and built the Tabeeb mobile app end-to-end:
- Patient flows — onboarding, consultation booking, records, payments.
- Doctor flows — availability, consultation interface, follow-ups.
- Arabic-first UX — RTL layout, Arabic typography, Arabic voice flows. Not a localization afterthought.
- Native iOS + Android with shared backend.
The result
Tabeeb is shipping in Arabic-speaking markets, providing remote consultations to users who previously had to choose between traveling to a physical clinic or using a non-Arabic-native app.
